The blend is made up of 15% 4yr Vermont Rye, 25% 6yr Vermont Rye and 60% 6yr Canadian Rye. The rye is harvested by each summer by Farmer Lee and is aged in Vermont Estate Oak barrels from the surrounding woods with a custom char.
