美格酒廠以最嚴格的規範生產威士忌，僅選擇至少陳年九個月以上的白橡木，並使用二次蒸餾方式過濾多餘的雜質。酒廠嚴格要求酒液陳年至少六年以上，以使其品質更加卓越，呈現濃烈的穀物香氣，並帶有香草和楓糖的風味，達到完美的標準。

這款威士忌最初在美國波本白橡木桶中進行熟成，然後在30年的西班牙Matusalem Oloroso雪莉桶中進一步陳年。最後，它在法國卡本內蘇維翁葡萄酒桶中獲得完美的醞釀，等待與同樣完美的雪茄一同品味，從而豐富了味蕾的體驗。

尾韻方面，Makers Mark的尾韻持久而悠長，香草和香料相互交織，展現出層次感。
